Permanent makeup is a very safe, minimally invasive procedure. However, the body may encounter some difficulty healing as the retention of pigment conflicts with medical conditions, medication, and skin conditions.

Medical Conditions:

High Blood Pressure
Hyperthyroid
Diabetic
Auto Immune Disease
Pregnant
Breastfeeding
Botox within 2 weeks
Chemical Peels within 3 weeks

Medications:

Accutane (within 8 months)
Fish Oil
Blood Thinners
Antibiotics
Warfarin
Prasugrel

Skin Conditions:

Rosacea
Psorisis
Keloid Scar
Easy Bruising
Active Cystic
Acne

Permanent Makeup is not recommended to the following individuals:

Under 18
Consume alcohol daily
An overly active lifestyle (Hot yoga, swimmers/instructors, fitness coach)
Have had recent eyebrow tattooing

Pre appointment care instructions:

Do note pluck, wax, thread for 3 days before procedure. Do not take ibuprofen or aspirin day of procedure. Do not take fish oils/vitamins before procedure. No alcohol consumption 24 hours before procedure. Avoid active ingredients ie: retinol and salicylic acids at least 2 week prior and post procedure.

*Caffeine the day of appointment may cause skin sensitivity and increase blood flow, resulting in excessive bleeding. Please avoid coffee 10 hours prior to appointment
